This 4,200 sq ft residence will feature 5 bedrooms, 5-1/2 baths, a private media room, and a dedicated home office. The design is anchored by a negative-edge pool, providing a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. The home will be wrapped in natural cedar and meticulously landscaped to accentuate the surrounding nature. This unique gem is scheduled for completion by Memorial Day 2026.
