Sedate Estate

I am excited to share that we are embarking on our largest renovation project yet. This project involves a nearly 11,000 sq-ft home situated on seven acres on the waterfront in the heart of Quogue. The large-scale renovation will update the home from its former 90s aesthetic into a clean, modern design intended for entertaining and year-round experiences.The home is equipped with 6-bedrooms, 7-bathrooms, a home gym, a wine room, a library, and a billiard room. The design incorporates Caoba Windows and Doors, Euroline steel front door, and no shortage of interior details. The home is currently under construction, with anticipated completion around the holiday season of 2026. We look forward to sharing further updates as the project progresses.
