The project site emerges from native planting along Quantuck Bay, an architectural freedom we've incorporated allows this modern home to take full advantage of water views in multiple directions. This 4,200 sq ft residence will feature 5 bedrooms, 5-1/2 baths, a private media room, and a dedicated home office. The design is anchored by a negative-edge pool, providing a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. The home will be wrapped in natural cedar and meticulously landscaped to accentuate the surrounding nature. This unique gem is slated to start construction in May 2025 and is scheduled for completion by Memorial Day 2026.
