Road-end Renovation

We are embarking on an ambitious renovation project to convert a single-story 1960s home into a modern, shingle-style residence. This initiative highlights the inherent complexity of working with existing conditions, which often requires significant problem-solving and compromise. The scope of work is extensive and involves transforming the original structure to include seven bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, a home office, a full basement, a large four-season porch, and a proper master suite. This development is specifically designed to support family-style living for many decades. We are currently set for a construction start date of January 2026.
