Peconic Bay Tudor

Cutchogue

This early 1900’s Tudor is getting a facelift for the next generation of family. The property located on Nassau Point has large park like grounds and seasonal views of the Peconic Bay. A Tudor home is one of Bill Barba’s favorite styles of architecture due to its unique asymmetrical approach to a clean and concise organization of elements. In this specific project the goal is to add functional living space to the existing home while blending the aesthetics and ornamentation of a traditional “stockbroker” Tudor and the clean lines minimalism of a modern Tudor.
