The 390sf covered terrace includes an operable pergola, drop-down screens, an outdoor fireplace, and of course, radiant heat. All of this clad in stone, wrapped in Ipe and accessorized by a sunken firepit. This retreat is sure to transform the users to a space of pure relaxation.
